Our standard scheme includes cover for Public Liability claims.
Scheme members are able to request policies, without our prior approval, subject to the claim meeting our acceptance criteria.
We are able to issue a policy if the solicitor has assessed the proposer’s prospects of success, at the outset, to be in excess of 60%.
