Templeton have developed an After the Event scheme for insolvency and asset recovery litigation.

InSolve has been designed to streamline the process for asset recovery litigation. Our product  enables Insolvency Practitioners and specialist law firms to pursue and make recovery in a greater number of cases.

This maximises distribution to creditors and has the potential to provide increased revenue to firms.

Our Scheme approach enables specialist solicitor firms, who can demonstrate experience in pursuing insolvency litigation, to effect an ATE insurance policy without our prior approval (subject to the our acceptance criteria being met).
