Can Templeton Insurance help solicitors create their own Employment Dispute Protection programme?

1.     Provide a telephone advice line to support your clients employment advice requirements.  Many providers find that providing some kind of out of hours contact – e.g. up to 8pm is of great assistance to clients as they have a point of reference in a ‘crisis’ out of hours. 


2.     Provide up to date advice to clients (this can be by newsletter, face to face, online forums, regular seminars).  You must also ensure that the client’s procedures and contracts of employment are kept up to date and in line with current legislation.


3.    Templeton will provide insurance cover for your client’s legal expenses  and any awards.  We have an annual claims limit per programme of £1,000,000 (includes each and every claim under the programme).


4.     We expect you to carry out checks on each new client you take on and to carry out regular checks on your existing clients to make sure that they are and remain compliant with current employment legislation.
